My partner just got Global Entry and his DUI was from 2009.

He pled guilty and paid a fine in the fall of 2009.

He did not list it on the application. I think it only asked about felonies on the application.

He was asked if he had ever been arrested at the GE interview, which he was honest about. His GE was approved that same night.
