A week? You're lucky. Aeroplan still hasn't processed a schedule change from a TK partner flight that happened in
May. The itinerary online still shows both versions of the flight with an error message saying it's still processing.
The flight isn't for another almost 2 months, so there's still lots of time. But still, come on. Delta processed a KLM schedule change within minutes of it being announced, and I was able to phone in and change my flights to something more convenient same-day with wide-open availability. Why AC ticketing takes months upon months to do this is a total mystery.
