...the move comes after customer research, which highlighted dissatisfaction around our current catering offering.
I hope those who are complaining about the catering in First and Club World bear this in mind.
What really annoys me is that this will take place a few weeks before our first
ever trip in ET. We will probably bring our own sandwiches to sustain us on the long flight from JER to LGW. As to the longer term, it just further reinforces our migration away from BA wherever possible/practical.
