I had a huge problem redeeming the 25% off discount that I received and neither AA CS nor AA IT couldn't help me figure. I contacted AA CR and they called me back. I explained the situation and they reached out to reservations. The rate I actually wanted was $1995,- from Vancouver after discount, but the best they could find was $2646 from LAX. It wasn't terrible, but still a little more than I wanted to spend. What ultimately killed the deal was the days. I would only have a couple of days at home before I'd have to go on this vacation. The earliest I can actually go on this is 9 Nov because of work.
