I may not be remembering correctly but I dont think the PP lounges in Terminal 1 or on the Domestic side of T3 (The Amex Plat Lounge) serve alcohol. Go Business (a few years ago-- not sure if it exists now) allowed access to a restaurant in T1 where you could get a full meal, but no beer to go with it.
