Sure. We used my daughter's Uber app to get to a music festival and my Uber with the $30 credit to offset the surge price on the way back.

The next day we used my daughter's Uber app to get to a music festival and my wife's Uber app with the $30 credit to offset the surge price on the way back.

It worked how they wanted. I had little interest in the service before I used it. Now I might use it again.
