How come CX food is lackluster even at ports catered by DO&CO
Title says it all.

How come CX food is still not really good at airports catered by DO&CO?

I thought DO&CO is supposed to be much better than the typical airline catering company tastewise.

Granted, food out of JFK is better than out of YVR
