Programs: AA MM (like it matters!) All of my flying was personal travel, and COVID-19 stopped that.

If one of the legs on the flight is on JL metal, it is a VERY long-standing bug in AA's code. I have lost count of the number of times I have squawked about it. AA absolutely refuses to fix it, probably because it generates revenue for them when passengers book a higher, less-desirable ticket.
