British Airways Holidays non-flight voucher - required?
Yesterday I received an email from British Airways which started
It's now just 3 days to go until we welcome you on a British Airways Holiday. Here are some of the key things to consider...
It goes on to say
Hotels
The non-flight voucher is for your reference only, so don't worry if you don't have access to a printer.
However, on the non-flight voucher itself it states
It is essential that you print this voucher and present it upon check-in to your hotel...
So, is the non-flight voucher essential or for reference only? I always print it and give it to the hotel, and will continue to do so, so it doesn't really make much difference to me, but is the pre-holiday email from BA giving incorrect advice?
