We'll we are back now for the 4 time in the past year. The main reason for us is the weather. Nevertheless I feel the quality of the hotel is going down a little.

There is no more turn down service in Junor Suites, no service at the pool, except at the bar, from the 50 tv chanel only 10 are working. The list beside tv is useless. The carpet on the alley is in horrible conditions. Almost no plat recognition. On arrival the was a nice cheese plate an a drink in room.

It was a "hard" to get a prior room upgrade, so I booked the room I wanted. Upgrade is now from Junior Suite Garden to a JR Suite Oceanview. My 24 was denied. The welcome letter not signed. No free water for Plats in room. Not particepating on actual promo.

It looks like the hotel is more buissy then the years before. We are here same time.

Due to new option with the Marriott merger I'm sure we'll not come back.
