Which benefits are better for me, the employee? My current SPG Gold or the benefits I would get if my company signs up for this program? I care most about upgrades.

After reading the FAQ's on the web site, I fail to see how "talk(ing) to your corporate travel manager" to get my company enrolled will make me better off than I am now.

I was just targeted with the following email promoting this service:
