Is this cabin crew more senior? Also, and strange question again - but how does Ethiopian do so well compared to other African airlines? They seem to have quite a young fleet and good level of service, along with record levels of profitability? Are they government sponsored? Is it there location that helps them, or lack of local competition on inter-regional Africa?
Very cheap labour, significant government investments and implicit subsidies through exceptionally good terms for aircraft financing.
