I've not had too many celeb sightings on DL, but an interesting Airport one from 15 years ago was at SFO. I am in the men's bathroom at a urinal and The rapper/actor Ice-T walks up to the urinal next to mine (ignoring, by the way, the odd/even rule) and I say to him, "Hey, aren't you Ice-T?"
His response was, "Dude, I'm taking a piss."
No further conversation took place.
I had a similar conversation on a NY subway, mid moning, early April. I was heading up to see a Yankee game, I was in town visiting a friend. I get on an empty car, then a couple other guys get on, just the three of us. I thought I recognized one, even though he had on a knit stocking cap.
I leaned over and said, "This might be a stupid question, but aren't you John McEnroe?"
The guy replied, "You're right.........that is a stupid questions".
Perfect.
