There is a dedicated mail for status customers (Gold and Diamond), but seems none for the great unwashed?
You could try to use the chat function on the webpage. Just go to
http://www.flysas.com/en/us/, then in the search box type 'chat' and it should bring you there.
Anyway, I don't think SK offers any status matches at the moment. Best bet would be try the local sales office and try to get a deal with them which of courses involves booking flights...
