I think EK has a great C product, but this is in part to do with the value it offers - I tend to use them when going beyond DXB.

The biggest thing you'll notice against WBC will be the seat pitch. They use the A330 to Glasgow I believe and you're down to around a 40 inch seat pitch. However, for a daytime flight, I prefer this set up flying from a local airport against going via LHR or AMS. (they are however taking a row out of C on the 330's, so you might be lucky)

Meal service should be far better - 6 courses of (IMO) quality food. Nice selection of wines and a young, friendly crew who aren't just there for your safety and security.

IFE probably better than NW. Lounge at DXB is amazing (will make a worldclub look like McDonalds). Excellent amenity kit on overnight flights - very comprehensive and gender specific. Comes in a nice reusable washbag.

If you look for faults i'm sure you'll find them, but sit back & enjoy the service!
