I feel like I hear this announcement 30+ times per year, far too frequently (maybe because I'm ORD based).

I prefer the exit row, but will sit in the first row of y if I can when making a connection... Now I don't have to worry about everyone else when UA inevitably gets me to some Hub 9 minutes before my next flight.

Most people seem to get up anyway when this announcement is made.
