I totally agree with you,
anonplz, Jewish (or Kosher) delicatessens are the best. However, for obvious reasons, one would
never find either a ham and cheese sandwich nor a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich at a real Kosher delicatessen, although one could find
Kosher-style food at a non-Kosher delicatessen.
