It depends on which C+ seats. IIRC, the exit row seats on the CR9 are very hard with little to no padding. C+ is much more comfortable in this regard. If you can nab the bulkhead C+ (row 5 on the CR9), the legroom is just as good as the exit row as there is no hard bulkhead. Otherwise, row 13 will have more leg room than just the regular C+ seats.
