Stayed at Ziva Cancun twice with my kid (infant) as well as two other all-inclusives. Having the option for room service (without the huge bill) is nice especially when trying to schedule around the little one's nap time or if they're especially fussy. As for Ziva Cancun, I think the facilities are great for kids. I just wish infants could have access to the Kids club facilities.
