However, they have said that it will be different with Premium seats, that they'll have the ability to charge onboard if someone wants to move to that seat once boarding is done.
So if someone wants to move to an empty premium economy seat after boarding is it going to be the first person to raise their hand or ring the call button? I can't imagine FAs being excited about one more thing to do before departure although it might increase the % of credit card application if they say something like, "If you sign-up for an Alaska Visa card right now, we'll move you to premium economy for free!!"
