Thank you very much for your responses. I am glad to hear that they will credit the stay and points. But rather disappointed to hear about the breakfast, since I never use the gym anyway.

I would rather stay somewhere else but somehow Hilton is the cheapest mid range hotel when I am visiting LV (mid September, I guess it is very busy season).

I checked out LVHILTON.COM and it directed me to ceasers.com reservation page. So I guess I will just book the $109 rate for now and look for a better deal. $109 on weekend is not that bad I guess.

Paris seems great, but the rate is much more than Hilton so I will have to see what I can do.

In the meantime, I am trying to get Venetian thru Priceline but no luck.
