I just completed my 5th stay at this property and it has become one of my favorite hotels. It is in a bit of a remote location and can be difficult to find, but it is a very large property and I have had some very nice stays there. I believe it is an old Sherton Hotel that was converted a while back, but there are some nice large common areas and is well maintained. The staff is great, the bar and restaurant are comfortable and have a decent selection. The service at times can be a little slow, especially on busy weekend am's. The hotel does attract a lot of wedding parties and is attached to a modest sized water park. I have had some issues with wedding parties returning late at night, but have never been bothered by kids running through the halls at night. The hotel is close to US1 and I-95 and is especially convenient if you are visiting the North Shore/Cape Ann area.
