This is what I have been told by my friend.
Casinos in Macau (even in Las Vegas) can issue a check or wire your money for you, as soon as the amount in question contains you net winning from the same casino only. Casinos can also add your seed money if you can show the money was withdrawn from the same casinos by any means.
Other than that - you have to keep in cash.

Banks won't do wires unless you are an established customer. Given the amount in question is not small, I would use WU to wire the money to myself back to the states if I was the OP.
