There are 196 -800s entering the fleet (not counting any options).
All but 82 will have the Heart seats (8605-8686 without).
That means 114 will have Heart seats, which is 32 more planes than with Evolve.

Wikipedia, an admittedly questionable source. And the information regarding retrofits from the previously linked article.
