Booked a room for 4 pax in Nov. Anyone has any experience with a diamond upgrade? Tried applying DSU - HC said balcony suites can't accommodate 4 adults.
Ive used one there a couple of times and always got a bigger room with a sitting area which only had 1 bed... so 4 people would be tough jamming on a King bed unless you're "friendly." Not sure they have an option for 2 queens in an upgraded low level suite.
