Cool - I don't mind the window issue much since as you note it's over the water.
In terms of people gathering sounds like it comes down to weighing the possibility of sharing the row with a 3rd person vs. having a guaranteed row of 2 but perhaps some people gathering.
Presumably if there is a light load with a few empty rows in C+ we could always move to another C+ row if we wanted to spread out
