Booked 12 nights on points at a HIX.

Was able to get all of my work done early so I checked out with the hotel after 8 nights.

Called IHG and the Philippines told me that the points for the unused nights would automatically credit to my account.

The front desk said they weren't sure what would happen.

The stay posted to my account three days ago but there are no points credited back yet.

Anyone have experience with this?
