Thanks again for all the tips on this thread. However, I have looked at several accounts for our family, and even on the paid tickets there is no print trip and receipt option. Some of the paid tickets have had schedule changes to them and been reissued lately (its for travel in Feb, but the PVG-ORD flight was cancelled on the day we had ticketed) so I dont know if that could be a factor. Is everyone else seeing the print trip and receipt... I see the print trip, but it does not contain the ticket number.
