Just for others that might be flying via ICN - what was the problem?
GA not aware of 144-hr. Took a picture of my itinerary, texted to some manager, then had phone call. FWIW, flight was delayed so didn't arrive PVG until after 9:30pm, probably helped with immigration as airport was dead.
