I have had this several times where I landed in the evening from a shorthaul flight (ZRH or Italy or something like that), continuing the next day in longhaul Premiere. Every time there was one the P lounge escorts expecting me at the plane door, the limousine was parked below. As I immediately said that I was not spending the night at the airport I don't know what my options would have been (sleep in the lounge?) or where they would have driven me (I suppose I can't go to the lounge and then leave the airport, we just flamed someone else in another thread for trying that). Still found it interesting.
