Carol... I've seen raclette on a menu in the US exactly once:

Swiss Lakewood Lodge

I didn't have the raclette so I can't vouch for its authenticity or quality, but I do know that I liked this restaurant a lot! In fact, I may have to drag Matt there when we go hiking in Tahoe over Memorial Day.
