People are unhappy with how BA has denigrated the complimentary Y offerings compared to 3-5 years ago.
What type of selection BA offers on a paid basis is TBD - in the U.S., on flights under 2.5 hours, the paid offering is mainly a couple options of junk food snacks, nothing to get excited about.
