On the other hand what you can do is add in a throwaway return sector for Sunday or later, and that can be a cheapo economy, such as VY AMS-LTN. This does force the CE price into the relevant Saturday night pricing, but needs quite a fair bit of cunning.
Still going to cost more than the notional CE o/w price though could give a cheap way back if CE doesn't appear for the return.
Personally I'd advise waiting for CE return dates to be uploaded unless it is a sale fare or you have advised a large online frequent flyer chat community that there is a bargain fare to be had😁
