Assuming you arrive on the MH flight yes there are many but you have to take the bridge towards the airport express and then go down from there. Down go down to B2 where the taxis are because the walkway to the garage is locked at night and you can't cross the street.

Once it starts getting cold in BJ UBER is the best idea because if the taxi lines are long you freeze your behind off down there.
