Not really so strange down here in the Miami area. Lots of folks here with Homer buckets full of cash who need ways to get it into the banking system. Since the feds created a temporary situation where large cash only real estate purchasers have to be identified we seem to have hundreds of millions of dollars squirrelled all over the city.
