I suppose to AA I was the obvious candidate to reroute, and with hindsight I was in a tizzy because I didn't actually understand what was happening until someone on here explained it to me... I suspect that what the CSD knew she meant and what I heard weren't the same thing! But all's well that ends well and I've lost my IRROPS virginity now
