While nothing is impossible, I find it highly unlikely. Most flights from non main hub airports going overseas fly to partner hubs. This way they can feed traffic to/from the partner. Unless there's a company based in BOS, that flies tons to/from DUB and with a contract with DL it's unlikely. Most times these rumors are nothing more then pure fantasy.
