My first visit to the forum. Just wanted to say that last nights BA12 involved a technical situation I've not seen in 26 years in BA, it presented a multitude of new challenges and I'm grateful to all staff in SIN and LHR who worked the problem through with us and magicked over 2000kgs of water from nowhere. Thanks too, go to all customers who were very understanding. The decision to fly was mine alone and compensation never entered my mind. Running out of crew hours perhaps.
This is the only post I will make on the matter and I hope it serves to re-assure that getting customers safely from departure to destination is my primary objective.
