It was such a gruesome experience I know Its not worth the $150 + 4XX in charge back after a explosive email for what I been through...
And guess what what... all this happened while I was on a PY ticket that was downgraded to Latitude because of equipment swap
So this is def not some BS about "You want good service you pay for it"
