Last yr got my Hyatt diamond and 2 stays away from next year qualification. Stayed at few IHG & Mariott properties this year and jus don't feel the vibe of comfort or service level at those properties compared to Hyatt. More or so 1st thing before vacation wife usually asks me is what Hyatt are we staying at? So that leaves me happily with Hyatt.
