Actually not. CPC is subject to 5/24 only with the automated system and normal rep. If you call the business recon line, they'll always reconsider the app for you.
the banker called some internal number (she need to give her work ID # and send in my SSN with the keypad).
the first call agent firmed refused to reconsider. we decided to HUACA. the second agent did it. same phone #, both times she give same talk why they should reconsider my application (CPC, important customer etc.).
or was she calling wrong number?
