The part which is unclear to me is if the Japan iPhone 7/7+ with Felica will work with Apple Pay in the States. Also, Visa isn't advertised on the Apple Pay JP page so reload mobile suica via Apple Pay may need to be domestic JP cc, JCB/MC/Amex, or both.
