I got the recent double points promotion and went through and rebooked all of my flights that did not cost more.

Today I needed to change a flight next week (Monday) and went to change the flight. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was only $100 more.

Then I remembered the promotion and decided to simply cancel and rebook I will use the TTF soon anyway.

When I went to book a new flight the price was nearly $150 more than the change.

Went back to the change sure enough the price quoted was lower than a new reservation.

I've never noticed that before is it new?
