Amex Plats issued in Singapore have access to a bunch of great drinks and dining deals through a program called Chillax (https://www.americanexpress.com/sg/c...inum-lifestyle) and I was wondering if anyone had successfully used a US issued Plat card for these? T&Cs state that it has to be Singapore issued, but is this enforced? I'd love to take advantage of some of these next time I'm in Singapore if possible.
