I'm a ExecPrem, can I use the RedCarpet lounge at Dulles, as long as I am flying to Toronto? Does it cost... it seems to me that it's free.

Same thing with me being in Toronto... when coming back, can I use the AirCanada lounge or RedCarpet lounge?
