Yep, and it's kind of outrageous for a major downtown Sheraton like Wall Centre to make such a claim, although I'm not surprised. That property often makes things up on the fly in my experience. Here's what it says in the
SNA T&C:
Availability: Hotels without Standard Suites or upgraded room types will not be available for Suite Night Awards, nor are Suite Night Awards available at vacation ownership or residential properties. Specialty Suites, including but not limited to presidential, honeymoon or multiple bedroom suites, may not be eligible for Suite Night Awards.
Maybe the Lurkers can intervene for you.
