Has anyone noticed any difference between the JPMR Visa Infinite concierge (1-877-660-1077) and the still-existing JP Morgan Palladium concierge (1-800-588-2857)? They are separate concierge teams. I have access to both and am wondering which one is better.

btw, unlike the Palladium, the new JPMR card doesn't have the concierge no. engraved on the back, which is slightly annoying cause you have to go find it
