This would be a solid addition for Hyatt loyalists who have few other options in Philly - the Hyatt on the Delaware Riverfront flipped into a Hilton a few years ago, leaving the Hyatt at the Bellevue (on Broad Street) as the only property in the City. The Centric would be only 3 blocks from the latter, but in a "ritzy"-er location right next to Rittenhouse Square.
