Try quitecontrary to juggle your itinerary a bit to include Kila , " Bali Break " & perhaps Dari and / or Nusa . You already in Bali anyway .
We too are trying to fit in Burma , I missed it when The Strand was Aman .

Yes , good treks from Dari to padi fields , also from Kila , padi there too .
All varied as in different provinces with their unique villages , practices & terrain .
Like Musken , we tend to stay in at Nusa . Occasionally , venture to Seminyak from there .

Try some restaurants outside , Bambu , Moziac , other gems suggested by GMs ..
