europe to hk to syd on cx. then you only pay yq on jnb mad. if u have to do dxb, you will need to pay yq to dxb as well. cx is now charging a small yq for trips starting outside of hkg but it is still small.
Hi pbd456, thanks but the idea is to cover 2 continents at a time,
I start from India so
planning Africa & europe in first trip - then back home (through dubai)
Australia & Asia - 2nd trip - again back home,
then the long one of North & south america through tokyo & coming back, that is the plan at least,
we from south Asia do not have the benefit of visa free travel to most places hence need to break the travel to manage the visas for each of the countries
